All transactions on our site are conducted in US Dollars (USD) currency only. Prices displayed on the page are automatically converted from USD to your local currency for your convenience while browsing. However, at checkout, you will see the final amount in USD, which will be the currency for your payment.
Yes, we do! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee! If for any reason the product you receive is incorrect, not as described, damaged, or defective, you'll receive a refund, no questions asked. If you prefer, we can also arrange for a replacement.
We collaborate with multiple printers worldwide, each specializing in different products. This means that when ordering multiple items in the same order, you may receive separate packages from various printers. Additionally, some items require specific packaging for protection during transit. Please rest assured that you will receive all your items within the specified shipping time frames as guaranteed.
Once we receive your order and begin production, cancellation is not possible. We print on-demand to avoid textile waste, producing items only when ordered. Requesting a cancellation or changing the item means producing a new product or discarding a printed one, which is not feasible. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Please be patient; your package will soon be on its way. We ship daily to customers worldwide, ensuring your item arrives promptly and in excellent condition.
Please ensure you carefully review the shipping information on the product page. For international orders, we recommend placing your order several weeks ahead of any major holiday. Holidays are typically busy worldwide for shipping carriers, so ordering early ensures timely delivery. For domestic shipping (US & Canada), especially during holiday seasons, we advise adding an additional 3-7 business days to the standard shipping times to account for potential delays. Delivery times may vary based on the product and destination.
Unfortunately, you cannot combine multiple discount offers at once. Each offer has its own terms, so please review them carefully. You may use different discounts during separate checkout transactions. We suggest applying the highest discount available to maximize your savings now and saving any additional discounts for future purchases.
Shipping & Handling
We currently ship to over 120 countries, including all major destinations. You can shop with confidence knowing your package will be delivered. The shipping rate for each product varies based on its destination and weight. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout after entering your complete shipping address. Refunds & Exchanges
We offer a 4-week return policy. Claims for misprinted, damaged, defective, or misplaced items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product. To ensure top quality, all orders undergo a rigorous 3-step quality check before shipping. If an item slips through our quality control or is damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and will happily provide a free replacement. Returns must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with original packaging.
Since we print on-demand to minimize waste, requesting a return due to a change of mind or a different item would require producing a new product or discarding a printed one, which isn't feasible. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse.
If the courier deems the address you provided insufficient, your shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you. Please ensure you carefully verify your shipping address before finalizing your purchase to prevent delays or returns. Providing an accurate shipping address is crucial when placing your order.
We do not offer refunds for incorrectly ordered sizes due to our on-demand production process, which minimizes textile waste by producing items only when ordered. If you need a different size, you would need to place a new order at your expense. Please refer to the size charts available on all product pages before making your purchase, as they are accurate and helpful. We regret that we cannot accept returns of sealed goods, including items like face masks, due to health and hygiene reasons. For safety purposes, any returned orders containing face masks cannot be reshipped and will be disposed of.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The timing of when the refund appears in your account can vary depending on your financial institution, typically within 2 to 5 business days.
