- SHIPPING TIMES
- We strive to fulfill orders quickly, often shipping sooner. All our orders are freshly made-to-order, embracing a zero-waste policy and reducing overproduction.
- Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before your order ships for both apparel and non-apparel products. International orders are fulfilled within the same timeframe as domestic orders.
Once shipped, delivery within:
- USA: 3-6 business days
- Canada: 4-7 business days
- Mexico: 6-12 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 8-13 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-8 business days
- Europe: 4-13 business days
- EFTA: (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland) 8-14 business days

- Please note: On rare occassions international orders may experience delays due to customs, which is beyond our control.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package is shipped. Note: Shipping times vary by product. Please check the product page for accurate shipping details.
- Shipping during the holiday season can take an additional 5-7 business days! We recommend planning in advance and order ahead of time if you would like to receive your products in time for special events or holidays. Our products are not being sold in stores therefore, planning ahead is the safest option. We have no control over carriers' shipping volumes.
Note: Free promotion giveaways "Freebies" sometimes may take few additional days for delivery! Once you receive a shipping confirmation, please be patient to receive your gift, it is on its way!

- We are not responsible for shipping delays due to factors like carrier strikes, weather events, or natural disasters.
- We cannot replace lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
- If your package is lost despite a correct shipping address, we'll promptly replace it at our expense with tracking.
- Multiple-item orders may arrive separately within the specified timeframe. Rest assured, your items will arrive on time and in perfect condition. If not, Natura Nation™ offers a full refund or exchange, ensuring a risk-free shopping experience.
- TAXES & DUTIES
Shipments outside the USA may be subject to customs fees determined by the destination country. These fees, based on factors like order value and local regulations, are the customer's responsibility. Please note that we have no control over government-imposed duties and fees.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide through top carriers. All international orders receive a confirmation email with tracking. To avoid delays, ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If you encounter a 'destination not covered' error, email us at support@NaturaNation.com. We'll explore adding your location or suggest shipping to an intermediary address.
